Who these terms are between
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Lunexi, Noah Adom, sole proprietor trading as Lunexi, Rue des Anciens Etangs 55 Bte 1, 1190 Bruxelles, Belgium, enterprise number 1041.858.588. They do not cover paid work: any engagement is governed by the written quote and agreement signed for it, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
What this site is
This site describes services and lets you request a free Automation Blueprint or book an introductory call. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.
Prices shown here
Any figures shown are indicative starting points. The price for an engagement is the one set out in the written quote for it. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
The free blueprint
The Automation Blueprint is provided free and without obligation on either side. It is an opinion based on what you describe to us. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it, and requesting one does not create a contract between us.
What you send us
Do not send confidential information you are not free to share. You keep ownership of what you send; you give us permission to use it for the purpose of replying to you and preparing the blueprint.
Our content
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Lunexi. Please do not reproduce them without asking.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Third-party services
The booking page embeds a calendar provided by Cal.com and is subject to their terms. Links to other sites are not endorsements.
Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
