Where an engagement usually starts.

Scope and price are agreed after the call, once we both know what the work is. The figures below are starting points, not packages you buy off a page.

Automation Blueprint

€0

For working out what is actually worth automating, before you spend anything.

  • One process reviewed end to end
  • Where automation would fit
  • What should stay with your team
  • What we would build first
  • An honest answer if the answer is “not yet”

Automation Partnership

from€5,000

For businesses with several processes to work through, rather than one.

  • Multiple processes, sequenced
  • Deeper implementation across tools
  • Iteration as the business changes
  • Ongoing support, scoped per engagement
Book a call

Indicative starting points. Every engagement is scoped after the call and quoted in writing before any work begins.

How pricing is decided.

This is consulting work, not a subscription. What it costs depends on what the process turns out to be.

Scope comes before the number.

We do not quote from a form. The diagnosis stage exists so that both sides know what is being built before anyone commits to a price for building it.

One process at a time.

Most engagements start with a single process end to end. It is the fastest way to find out whether working together is worth continuing, for both of us.

Ongoing support is agreed, not assumed.

After launch we agree how the system should be looked after and what that costs. You are not signed up to anything by default.

What are the payment terms?
Agreed per engagement and set out in the written quote.
Do I pay for the blueprint?
No. The Automation Blueprint is free and comes with no obligation to book anything afterwards.
What if the answer is that I should not automate this?
Then that is what the blueprint says, and there is nothing to pay. We would rather tell you early than build something you did not need.
Who owns what gets built?
Set out in the written quote for each engagement.

Start with the free blueprint.

One process, reviewed end to end, with a verdict on each step. It costs nothing and it is the fastest way to find out whether any of this is worth paying for.
