What we collect, why we have it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This site is operated by Lunexi, Lunexi, Rue des Anciens Etangs 55 Bte 1, 1190 Bruxelles, Belgium. For anything to do with your data, write to contact@lunexi.ai.
What we collect, and when
We only hold information you send us yourself. There are three ways that happens.
- The Automation Blueprint form. Your name, email address, company name, a description of your business problem and process, and optionally the tools you use.
- Booking a call. The name, email address and any notes you enter into the booking calendar. That calendar is provided by Cal.com, which processes the booking on our behalf.
- Emailing us. Whatever you put in the message, plus your address.
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, and to write the blueprint you asked for.
- To arrange and hold the call you booked.
- To keep a record of enquiries and the work we quoted for.
The legal basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
- Cal.com — the booking calendar embedded on our booking page. It receives the details you enter there.
- Google Fonts — the typeface on this site is served by Google, which means your IP address is visible to Google when a page loads. We intend to serve the font from our own domain instead.
- Our email provider, which carries messages to and from contact@lunexi.ai.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and blueprints are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and records relating to actual engagements for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to contact@lunexi.ai and we will answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
