Why Lunexi exists.

An automation agency for service businesses, based in Brussels. Small, early, and deliberately narrow about what it takes on.

Noah Adom, founder of Lunexi

Lunexi was founded by Noah Adom. It started from a plain observation about service businesses: the work itself is usually fine. What costs the time is everything around it — the retyping, the chasing, the information being carried by hand from one tool to the next because nobody ever had a reason to connect them.

That work is invisible on any org chart. It does not appear in a job description, nobody is accountable for it, and it grows quietly as the business grows. It is also, almost always, the part that a system can take over without anyone losing anything they wanted to keep.

The idea the company is built on.

It is a short one, and everything else follows from it.

The goal is not replacing people. The goal is removing work people should not have been doing manually.

What that means in practice.

Three commitments that decide what we take on and what we turn down.

We will tell you when the answer is no.

Some processes are not worth automating yet, and some are solved better by a setting, a form, or a tool that already exists. Saying so costs us a project and saves you a bad one.

The people doing the work design it with us.

A system built from a description of the process rather than the process itself will be wrong in ways nobody notices until it is live. We start by sitting with the people who do it.

We are early, and we say so.

There is no wall of client logos on this site because there is not one to show yet. What we can offer instead is a written analysis of your process before you commit to anything.

Want to talk it through?

Twenty minutes, no pitch attached. We look at how work moves through your business now and tell you what we would automate first.
